IM A TEST

The Following is follows packaging apps from Robopack's Community Store and setting up the flow into the GDS Portal Repository.

For this demo we will be packaging Adobe Acrobat Reader

Pre Work:

Create the App Group for Acrobat on the GDS Intune Console

Standard format for our apps (Apps) - ____________________

Package Instant App Steps:

There are two ways to do this, given that as a company we require rollback procedures and the way we keep the repos and portal organized this is the method is place for instant apps.

1. On the Robo Console go to Instant Apps

  1. Search for the Application

  1. Select app and leave as the default version which will be the most recent, you can just analyze and build then setup flow later but if you go
straight to setup patch it adds the app to our library and we can jump to flow

no need to Analyze and build as all this can be edited later

Also Has been imported to the Robo Repo already when selecting flow

Make sure to choose the Patch Group based on who the app will be available to as this is Acrobat it is for all.

SIDE INFO: PATCH GROUPS:
Reason for the patch group, is the setup for apps available to all saves extra setup.

Remove from patch group as defaults have been added in and so we can edit this package setup for this and future version installs and setups

Choose existing group

Add to Required the group made for Acrobat

Save and Start Deployment

Once upload has been Completed follow Instant App Metadata Guide to update for portal use
